WhatSendBot is not affiliated with or part of WhatsApp. WhatSendBot is an independent software developed only to facilitate sending WhatsApp messages to your acquaintances/clients/clients/friends/family from a PC.

WhatSendBot is a PC software “INDEPENDENT VERSION”: all data will be stored exclusively on the PC in use without being transmitted or accessible by our server (and/or third parties) or other online systems. Therefore, WhatSendBot has no access to or responsibility for your Data.

If the content of the senders’ messages are “junk” or unsolicited messages, recipients may click “Block” or “Report Spam” and that may result in the sender’s WhatsApp account being suspended/banned.

WhatSendBot is not responsible for the content of messages sent, receipt or reactions to those messages.

License agreement

The Pro version license has a duration of 6 months. Priority email support will be guaranteed during these periods. WhatsApp is not the channel through which we will deliver support, only written questions of a general nature. For technical and commercial support, the channel is soporte @ whatsendbot.com

It is always exposed to changes in the algorithm of Whatsapp and new versions of Chrome that alter the proper functioning of the software. Before this all possible actions will be taken to recover its proper functioning, but it is not possible to give guarantee against this.

The license can only be activated on one computer.

When the license expires, it will be automatically deactivated and the customer will be offered a renewal at an affordable price.

Refund policy

There is no refund policy because we offer a free trial version of the program where you can test the main features.

Refunds of a license purchased on the WhatSendBot website, can only be made if the license key has not been activated on any machine since the date of purchase (with a duration not exceeding 7 days).

FURTHERMORE, IF THE PROGRAM STOPS WORKING DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW BLOCKING/SECURITY MEASURES OR UPDATE/RESTORE OF THE WHATSAPP PLATFORM, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND.

We do not provide any refund for problems originated by WhatsApp.
We do not provide any refund if your numbers are blocked by WhatsApp.
We do not provide any refunds if you are unwilling to accept the support provided.
